PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain image jitter and noise caused by photoreceptor drum jitter. SOLUTION: The cleaning device includes: a cleaning roller 60 that can be brought into contact with the surface of the photoreceptor drum 14 and is rotated integrally with a first shaft 60A; a compression spring 74 for pressing the cleaning roller 60 against the surface of the photoreceptor drum 14; a spiral roller 62 rotated integrally with a second shaft 62A and capable of recovering toner separated from the surface of the photoreceptor drum 14; a driving force transmission mechanism capable of transmitting the driving force of the photoreceptor drum 14 to the first shaft 60A and second shaft 62A; and a pair of arm members 70 connected to the second shaft 62A and first shaft 60A so as to be rotatable.
