The present invention discloses a pneumatic tire capable of preventing CBU (Cord Broken Up) of a tire body cord and raising durability of a tire bead part. The pneumatic tire (1) is a tire which is strengthened by using a tire body (6) comprising a tire body cord fabric (6A), the tire body cord fabric (6A) winds a tire bead core (5) of a tire bead part (4) via a tire side part (3) from a tire face part (2) and folds back from an axial inner side towards an axial outer side of the tire. The tire bead core (5) has a multi-layer multi-column winding structure, i.e., steel wire columns (S) formed by spiral winding of a steel wire (10) in an axial direction of the tire in a staggered way are overlapped along a radial direction of the tire to form a multi-layer structure. A winding end (10e) of the steel wire (10) is located at the tire axial outermost side of a steel wire column (S1) at the tire axial innermost layer.
