The present invention relates to systems for driver warning on objects passing or intending to pass roadway, in particular pedestrians, bicyclists, animals, either in the zone of a crosswalk, or in the adjacent areas, or in any other section of the road. The present invention may be used in motor-car construction, and in road construction/maintenance. Disclosed is a system for driver warning on objects passing or intending to pass roadway within the controlled area to which the vehicle approaches. Such system combines means of detection, consisting of at least one detection sensor interacting with at least one status control sensor for the detection zone; means of control interacting with the said means of detection and with means of notification; and means of notification, consisting of at least one warning system installed over and/or alongside the road and interacting with the said means of control, and/or warning system installed within the vehicles and interacting with the said means of control. |
