PURPOSE: A device for masking painting of a vehicle brake disc, a painting method thereof, and a vehicle brake disc manufactured thereby are provided to prevent a disc pad contacting part from being painted with an upper masking part in the process of painting a vehicle brake disc. CONSTITUTION: A device for masking painting of a vehicle brake disc comprises a lower jig (110) for mounting a brake disc (170); an upper jig (120) for masking a pad contacting part (171) on the top of the brake disc; and a spraying gun (160) for spraying painting liquid on the brake disc fixed by the upper jig and lower jig (120). A masking painting method of a vehicle brake disc comprises the steps of: mounting a disc on the lower jig; fixing the disc with the upper jig and masking the disc; rotating the jig; and painting. |
