METHOD FOR ESTIMATION OF EFFECTIVENESS OF PREVENTION OF MICRO-CIRCULATION DISORDERS AND ENDOTHELIAL DYSFUNCTION IN TISSUES OF PERIODONTIUM IN PATIENTS WITH INTRAUTERINE GROWTH RETARDATION SYNDROME IN ANAMNESIS

摘要

A method for estimation of effectiveness of prevention of micro-circulation disorders and endothelial dysfunction in tissues of periodontium in patients with intrauterine growth retardation syndrome in anamnesis includes prescription of low-intensity light therapy as applications to tissues of periodontium with following control of effectiveness. Applications are performed with polarized polychromatic light of therapeutical lamp or low-intensity laser radiation under monitoring such indices in oral fluid as level of nitrogen oxide, concentration of arginine, content of urea and content of citrulline, in courses until those indices come to control values for evaluation of therapy as effective.
