PURPOSE: A multi-channel image analysis method and a system thereof are provided to process and analyze an image based on a combined image, thereby improving the performance of a surveillance system. CONSTITUTION: An image analysis system receives images from each channel (S1). The system combines a plurality of the received images into one image (S2). The system preprocesses the combined image (S3). The system analyzes the combined image or analyzes the image of each channel (S5, S7). The system displays the image analysis result as one integrated image (S8).
