<p>PURPOSE: An electrolyte injection hole sealing apparatus and a dye sensitized solar cell manufacturing method using the same are provided to include a sealing member inserting unit and a sealant inserting unit, thereby preventing an electrolyte from being leaked to outside. CONSTITUTION: A substrate moving unit(210) moves a dye sensitized solar cell. A work table(220) fixes a moved dye sensitized solar cell. A sealing member inserting unit(230) inserts a solid sealing member into an injection hole. The injection hole is formed on a rear electrode substrate of a fixed eye sensitized solar cell. A sealant inserting unit(240) inserts a paste sealant into the insertion hole of the rear electrode substrate into which the sealing member is inserted.
