PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a soap for eliminating chlorine is provided to manufacture a soap for eliminating chlorine capable of removing chlorine component included in tap water and preventing atopic dermatitis due to the chlorine component. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a soap for eliminating chlorine comprises a step of putting 100 g of soap base, 0.2-10 g of vitamin C powder, and 0.5-1.5 g of glycerin in a container, heating and melting the materials in a water bath (S10); a step of stirring the melt so that the soap base, vitamin C and glycerin are evenly mixed (S20); a step (S30) of cooling the stirred materials to 45-55deg.C, adding 0.5-1.5 g of aroma oil per 100 g of the soap base, and stirring the mixture (S30); and a step of pouring the stirred mixture in a shaping mold to coagulate (S40).
