PURPOSE: A prefabricated mold of a device for molding foam resin is provided to remarkably reduce production costs of the mold by manufacturing a nonferrous metal profile which is extruded and to easily enlarge or reduce the mold to fix the corresponding size when the size of products is changed. CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated mold of a device for molding foam resin comprises a base and a profile. The profile comprises a flat surface profile (22), an assembly frame (24), and a curved surface profile (26). The assembly frame is installed on the edge in which two flat surface profile vertically meet and has an engaging unit (244). The curved surface profile is inserted into the engaging unit of the assembly frame in a prefabricated method and can be replaced. |
