PURPOSE: A sequencing method of a gene expression regulatory sequence under microgravity is provided to predict the expression of a gene according to the arrangement of a cis-element of a promoter, thereby selecting genes of which expression is quickly regulated under microgravity. CONSTITUTION: A sequencing method of a gene expression regulatory sequence under microgravity comprises the steps of: detecting the location of a cis-element within a sequence of 1 kb from -1 site in a promoter; and analyzing a repetitive sequence of the cis-element. A promoter for enhancing gene expression under microgravity contains a cis-element of MYB1AT (sequence number 4), GT1CONSENSUS (sequence number 1), TATABOX5 (sequence number 6), and POLASIG1 (sequence number 5) in order. |
