A DEVICE FOR PV POWER CONVERSION OF HIGH-EFFICIENCY MULTI-STRING USING MULTI-LEVEL INVERTERS

PURPOSE: A power conversion device for photovoltaic power generation of a high-efficiency multi-string method using a multi-level inverter maximizes system efficiency by reducing switching loss. CONSTITUTION: A multi-level inverter is connected to multiple solar cell strings. The multi-level inverter is connected in a cascaded H-bridge shape. The solar cell strings arrange multiple solar cell modules in series. Each of two or more H-bridge modules (301,302,303) is composed of four transistors. The four transistors receive an output voltage and an output current as an input voltage and an input current.
