PURPOSE: Data transmission device for wireless transmission of oceanographic observation equipment observation data and oceanographic observation equipment using the same are provided to automatically transmit data of oceanographic observation equipment to external equipment. CONSTITUTION: A data transmission device includes a communication module (110), a data storage module (120), a wireless communication module (130) and a central processing unit (CPU) (140). The communication module performs communication by being connected to first external equipment by a connector. The data storage module receives data of the first external equipment through the communication module and stores the data. The wireless communication module wirelessly transmits the data stored in the data storage module to second external equipment. The CPU controls the communication module and the data storage module or the wireless communication module.
