PURPOSE: An apparatus for opening a package bag is provided to simplify the structure thereof by embedding a moving rod connected to a moving bar in a fixing rod connected to a fixing bar. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for opening a package bag comprises a clamp (10) and an adsorption unit (20). The clamp comprises a moving bar (13), a fixing bar (12), a moving rod, and a fixing rod. The moving bar grips a package bag (P). The fixing rod is connected to the fixing bar. The moving rod is embedded in the fixing rod and is connected to the moving bar. The adsorption unit is embedded in the moving bar and the fixing bar and opens the package bag by adsorbing the outer cover (P1) of the package bag.
