PURPOSE: A thermal diffusion sheet is provided to be able to prevent malfunction and loss of an electronic device by improving the thermal transmission and thermal diffusion property. CONSTITUTION: A thermal diffusion sheet comprises a release layer (100) including paper or a polymer film; an adhesion layer (200) formed on the release layer; a heat conductive layer (300) of copper foil or aluminum foil formed on the adhesion layer; a thermal diffusion layer (400) formed on the heat conductive layer, and consisting of paint including an inorganic paste composition containing 10-60 weight% of pigment, 2-48 weight% of polymer resin, 0.1-9.6 weight% of curing agent and 20-50 weight% of solvent; and a light blocking insulating layer (500) formed on the thermal diffusion layer, and consisting of a PET film coated with paint including carbon black or graphite powder on at least one surface. The surface the PET film is treated with the etching or the Corona treatment.
