<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin cup-shaped container which has never made heretofore light without spoiling the outer appearance, decorativeness, grasping characteristic and forming characteristic of a usual cup-shaped container. <P>SOLUTION: This injection molded synthetic resin cup-shaped container is protrusively formed with many protrusive ribs in parallel longitudinally on the internal peripheral face of a side wall.
