PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an alarm from being erroneously outputted even when a system requiring operation to an operation detection part provided in a vehicle to unlock a door and an antitheft device are mounted together in the vehicle. SOLUTION: In an in-vehicle antitheft device, a search signal is transmitted from an in-vehicle device, a portable device returns a response signal to the in-vehicle device when the portable device receives the search signal, and a door is unlocked when the in-vehicle device receives the response signal and a predetermined operation to the vehicle is detected. The antitheft device has theft monitoring means which outputs an alarm when detecting a theft action to the vehicle in a theft monitoring state. The theft monitoring means detects that the response signal from the portable is received, and sets a state for issuing no alarm before at least a user comes into contact with the vehicle.
