PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information collection system which can collect message information from a mobile terminal in a server device by using a plurality of area stations. SOLUTION: A mobile terminal 30 has a means transmitting message information to a first local broadcasting station 20 included in a plurality of local broadcasting stations 20, a means receiving acknowledging information corresponding to the message information from the first local broadcasting station 20, and a means transmitting the message information or the message information within the acknowledging information to a second local broadcasting station 20 after detecting entry to the area of the second local broadcasting station 20 by receiving the identifying information of the second local broadcasting station 20 when communication enable/disable information included in the acknowledging information received indicates a communication disable state.
