A device for decorative illumination contains the base and the body with at least two electric boards with the sets of light emitting diodes, the electric circuit for controlling their operation, the converter of light emission and stabilized power supply. The body of the device consists of the base and the hollow shell with at least two slit aperture and/or field diaphragms of the arbitrary shape oriented in parallel to the axis of the shell. The diaphragms are optically adjusted with the positions of at least two linearly located light emitting diodes. The internal shell surface is covered by light-reflecting layer. The minimal size of each diaphragm in its cross-section is not less than the size of emitting area of the light emitting diodes.
