METHOD FOR ESTIMATION OF WEAR RESISTANCE OF POLISHING TOOL MADE OF SUPERHARD MATERIALS WITH DOPING THE INSTRUMENT WORKING LAYER MATERIAL

摘要

A method for estimation of wear resistance of polishing tool made of superhard materials with doping of instrument working layer material includes selection of current criteria related to wear resistance, setting reference values of those and determination of working capacity of the instrument through comparison of current values of criteria to the reference values of those. The value of strength of electrostatic field of the particles of abrasive slime that carries the admixtures is chosen as criteria, and the strength is determined through contact-less fixation at mechanical tooling ument or after it.
