<p>The blocking device (1) has a valve housing (2) with a valve housing channel (4) and a blocking valve (10) which is pivotally mounted in the valve housing channel on a pivot axis (14). A sealing (12) is arranged along the circumference of the blocking valve. The blocking valve is pivotable between an open position and a closed position. The cross-sectional shape of the blocking valve is super-elliptical and corresponds to a Cartesian coordinate system of the ellipse equation. The elliptical shape of the cross-section of the blocking valve is approximated by a polygon.</p> |
