The present invention relates to a road safety warning system. In particular the invention provides an advanced reflective tyre marking for use as an warning indication to highlight the width of large vehicles comprising of an illuminous colour, reflective rubber mould insert; a hole bored in the outer section of each lug of a tyre of an agricultural vehicle, in which the said illuminous colour, reflective rubber mould insert will be securely fitted. The advantage of the invention is that the reflective tyre marking will allow for light to be reflected from the agricultural tyres therefore highlighting the actual size and width of large agricultural vehicles to oncoming traffic from both directions. This innovative reflective tyre marking will act as a very effective safety design feature for all agricultural vehicles therefore creating a safer transport network for road users. The innovative reflective tyre marking is designed to have the same durability and performance properties of rubber used in existing agricultural tyres so as to ensure proper weather resistance and driving safety.
