A method for testing a reducer of general engineering purpose includes installation of a reducer and electric motor connected to it on the bearing surface of the test bench, loading the output shaft of the reducer with torque by means of brake of shoe type connected to it with a lever contacting with calibration device installed on the bearing surface of the test bench as well. The dependence between the value of total radial console force acting on the middle of the output shaft and parallel displacement fixed by indicator in the same plane of calibration device is fixed by means of calibration test. The lever is mounted on the body, with placement of support device on the lever, with fixation of the support device on the lever. The support device is brought into contact with the calibration device the central axis of which coincides with the central axis of the lever. The reducer is loaded and controlled by means of indicator and calibration graph. |
