A method for simplified evaluation of risk of two-year mortality at acute cardiac infarction with Q wave includes obtaining data on age of the patient, determination of symptoms of acute cardiac insufficiency by means of technical means, clarification of data on revascularization therapy includes presence of chronic cardiac insufficiency and diabetes mellitus in anamnesis. The method includes clarification of data on sudden cardiac death with successful reanimation at acute coronary syndrome in patients for whom concentration of cardio-specific marker troponin I is determined at hospitalization. After that each characteristic is attributed a coefficient within 0 and 4, with summing the values of coefficients, with obtaining resultant value of the sum of coefficients for determination of the level of risk. |
