METHOD FOR THE TREATMENT OF HARD-TO-HEAL TROPHIC ULCERS AND WOUNDS

The invention relates to medicine, in particular to a method for the treatment of hard-to-trophic ulcers and wounds. The method provides for pretreatment with 3% hydrogen peroxide solution followed by treatment of ulcer or wound with powder-like medicaments: 0.5- of cefazolin mixed with 5-10 mg of streptocide and 5-10 mg of tripsin. Then finely divided surgical gut is introduced, and bandage with powder-like tripsin is applied on the treated ulcer or wound surface.
