PURPOSE: A battery charging system is provided to have an exterior inlet and an exterior outlet for the entry of fluid in the flow channel, thereby reducing the capacity of interior cooling system. CONSTITUTION: A battery charging system is composed of a plurality of battery cells. The battery charging system comprises: a battery pack (110) having a pack terminal; a flow channel (120) having an inlet (121), in which the fluid maintaining the temperature of the battery pack circulates and the fluid is supplied, and an outlet (122) in which the fluid is discharged; an interior control unit supplying interior fluid to the flow channel by measuring the state of the battery pack; and an exterior charging unit charging the battery pack and supplying an exterior fluid to the flow channel.
