PURPOSE: A sheet rubber mixer of a tire mixing process is provided to maintain the constant quality degree of a sheet rubber as a semi-finished product and to improve the phenomenon in which a production line is stopped since the discharged sheet rubber is broken during a milling process. CONSTITUTION: A sheet rubber mixing apparatus inputs a mass of rubber raw material (1) through a chute into a pair of revolving mill rolls (2a,2b) which discharge a sheet rubber with constant thickness and width. A pusher (4) with an angular profile which pressurizes the mass of raw rubber which is input into the upper part of the mill rolls is connected to a hydraulic cylinder (5) to be angularly rotated around a hinge shaft (6) as a center. Sliding doors (7) are installed on a separate hydraulic cylinder (8) to be arranged on the upper part of the mill rolls, where the sliding doors temporarily contain the mass of raw rubber which falls to the upper part of the mill rolls. The pusher is formed to generate variable pressure according to the physical property of the mass of raw rubber. |
