PURPOSE: A winding device is provided to transfer shear force to a proper position of a band type material using the elasticity of a connection member and a guide unit. CONSTITUTION: A winding device comprises a winding shaft (12), first and second blades (13, 14), a connection member (2), and a drive unit (3). The winding shaft winds a band type material. The first and second blades cut the band type material along the thickness direction of the band type material. The connection member has elasticity and supports the first blade. The drive unit moves the first blade and/or the second blade in the thickness direction of the band type material. Either the first blade or the second blade has a guide part having an inclined surface. |
