摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of beverage compositions is provided to offer a manufacturing method of beverage compositions which comprises a step of manufacturing sugar extracts from Hovenia esdulcis leaves and Japanese apricots and a step of mixing citric acid with apple concentrate. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of beverage compositions comprises the following steps: mixing Hovenia dulcis leaves, Japanese apricots and sugar at a weight ratio to 3 : 7 : 10; filtering after leaching the Hovenia dulcis leaves and Japanese apricots at room temperature (25 deg. Celsius) for 30 days and manufacturing sugar extracts of the Hovenia dulcis leaves and Japanese apricots; mixing 200ml of purified water, 2ml of apple concentrates, 5g of sugar 5g and 0.2g of citric acid based on 20ml of sugar extracts of the Hovenia dulcis leaves and Japanese apricots; and sterilizing and packing beverage compositions. A mixing rate of the Hovenia dulcis leaves, the Japanese apricot and sugar is 3: 7: 10.
