PURPOSE: A production method of porous poly tetra fluoro ethylene (PTFE) hollow fiber separating membrane is provided to minimize the reduction of permeated water by attached creatures for maintaining the staining resistance of the porous PTFE hollow fiber separating membrane. CONSTITUTION: A production method of porous PTFE hollow fiber separating membrane comprises the following steps: producing paste by mixing PTFE powder, a liquid lubricant, and chitosan powder (S1); compressing the paste to pre-mold the paste into a hollow fiber shape (S2); extruding the hollow fiber (S3); removing the liquid lubricant from the extruded hollow fiber by heating (S4); forming pores on the hollow fiber by extending the hollow fiber (S5); and plasticizing the extended hollow fiber (S6).
