PURPOSE: A thermoelectric solar power cell module is provided to minimize the loss of solar heat inputted to a unit area by including a non-vacuum heat collection panel with a vacuum effect. CONSTITUTION: A lattice type mesh (280) is formed with a thickness of 1mm between a thermal absorption layer and a glass cover (130). The lattice type mesh is made of non-heat conductive materials. The lattice type mesh prevents the movement of air in a space. A frame (220) comprising a panel is installed on the outside of the lattice type mesh. A heat panel is composed of a slim plane. |
