PURPOSE: A water heating system and a hot water supply method using solar heat are provided to reheat hot water using the solar heat by circulating overheated fluid. CONSTITUTION: A water heating system using solar heat comprises a first solar heater (10), a hot water tank (20), a booster pump (30), a second solar heater (40), and an accumulator (50). The first solar heater absorbs solar heat to heat water through a heat medium. The hot water tank stores the water heated by the first solar heater. The booster pump increases the pressure of fluid supplied to form overheated fluid. The second solar heater is connected to the booster pump and absorbs the solar heat to heat the fluid through the heating medium so that the overheated fluid can be formed. The accumulator stores the overheated fluid to circulate the overheated fluid to the hot water tank, thereby reheating the hot water stored in the hot water tank.
