PURPOSE: A sleeve ring form rolling dies structure and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to increase the production yield of sleeve ring and to reduce the failure rate by preventing the groove of a form rolling dies from being easily damaged and deformed. CONSTITUTION: A sleeve ring form rolling dies structure includes a groove (30) and a key (20). A through hole is provided in the cylinder-shaped dies, and a groove has the predetermined intervals on the outer circumferential edge of the dies. The key is fastened with a driving shaft in the predetermined area of the through hole in the cylinder-shaped dies. The groove which is provided on the outer circumferential edge at the predetermined intervals is configured to have stepped jaws at the predetermined intervals inward from the outer circumferential edge. The side walls of the stepped jaws are configured to have the inclination of 3 to 6° from the inside to the outside based on the vertical line to the tangent line of the outer circumferential edge. |
