Disclosed is a method for diagnostics of concentration of substances in biological fluids by means of electro-acupuncture bio-resonance complex “Parkes-D” through representative biological active point of volunteer under conditions of direct contact of the last one with the electrode of the device by placing the sample with biological fluid in test tube made of thin organic glass on plane for testing preparations and self-registration of nosods with use of software tools by the scale of the device “Parkes-D” (0-100 a.u.).
