PURPOSE: An apparatus for reducing exhaust gas is provided to minimize foreign matters in the exhaust gas, and to completely burn fuel in a combustion chamber. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for reducing exhaust gas comprises an input body (100), a main body (200), an output body (300), and an impeller (400). The input body comprises an inlet (112), and a fluid path for generating vortex. The main body comprises a first unit with a reduced plane (210), a first unit (220) with an enlarged plane. The output body comprises a second unit (310) with the reduced plane, and a discharge port (330). The impeller is installed in the main body, and induces a collision with fluid.
