PURPOSE: An air conditioner equipped with a heater and hot-air blower is provided to improve thermal efficiency and to reduce thermal loss of the heater. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioner with a heater and hot-air blower comprises a body (110), a heating unit (120), and a hot air discharge unit (130). The heating unit is installed on the body. The hot air discharge unit guides the air around the heating unit to the body. The air being guided to the body is heated by radiant heat of the heating unit and discharged out of the body.
