PURPOSE: A helmet for horse riding is provided to protect the head of a user and to enable the user to use one among eye protection glasses, glasses, and sunglasses. CONSTITUTION: A helmet for horse riding comprises a head protection part (102) which is worn on a user and protects the head of the user and an eye protection part (104) which is provided to one side of the head protection part and selectively protects the eye of the user. The eye protection part comprises a support member provided to the inner side of the head protection part, a hanging member provided to one side of the support member, a pivot member, and an eye protection member (104d). The eye protection member is hung on the hanging member by the restoring force of the pivot member. |
