PURPOSE: A facial measurement apparatus and a method including an integrated measuring unit and a reflecting mirror are provided to shorten a photographing time by taking a photograph of both front and side at the same time using a reflecting mirror and a camera which are arranged on the front or side. CONSTITUTION: A front frame part(120) comprises the second frame(122) arranged on top of the first frame(110) and the third frame(124) arranged in front of an object. A linear transport unit(130) is arranged between the first frame and the second frame. A front spherical transport unit(140) is arranged between the second frame and the third frame. A front reflecting mirror(150) comprises the first front reflecting mirror(152), the second front reflecting mirror(154), and the third front reflecting mirror(156). A front measuring unit(160) takes a picture of facial image which is reflected in the third front reflecting mirror.
