A photographic information processing apparatus corrects photographic information after completing a photographing operation based on temporarily determined photographic information relating to the photographing operation. The photographic information processing apparatus includes photographic information correction determination means configured to determine whether to correct the photographic information according to an operation by an operator, image data acquisition means configured to detect an X-ray having penetrated a body of a patient and acquire image data based on the detected X-ray, photographic information correction means configured to correct the temporarily determined photographic information based on patient information of the patient in a case where the correction of the photographic information is determined by the photographic information correction determination means, and image data output means configured to prevent the image data acquired by the image data acquisition means from being output unless the correction of the temporarily determined photographic information is completed by the photographic information correction means.
