PURPOSE: An insulation gas check and replacement method of a ground opening and closing switch is provided to shorten the insulation gas check and replacement time by performing a vacuum operation of the ground opening and closing switch, using a gas injection device equipped with multiple holes. CONSTITUTION: Insulation gas check and replacement method of a ground opening and closing switch comprises the following steps. Inner and outer containers of the ground opening and closing switch are inspected (ST1). Degradation of the ground opening and closing switch is measured (ST2). Temperature and humidity of the corresponding work day are measured by using a hygrograph (ST3). Insulation gas is examined depending on the item (ST5). The insulation gas is replaced (ST6). Leakage of the insulation gas is examined (ST7). Inner and outer containers of the ground opening and closing switch are washed (ST8).
