<p>PURPOSE: A USB memory assembly with a USB memory core is provided for users to easily carry a portable device with built in USB memory assembly as a size of the memory core is reduced. CONSTITUTION: A circuit board (110) comprises upper and lower surfaces, and a USB land is installed on the upper circuit board. A package type controller (130) is placed on the upper surface of the circuit board. A die shaped memory (140) is placed on the lower surface of the circuit board. An encapsulation unit encapsulates the memory on the circuit board. The bracket covers the upper surface of the controller, and the USB land is exposed to outside. A shield case inserts and fixes the bracket, and wraps the upper, lower, and side surfaces of the USB memory core.</p> |
