PURPOSE: A construction method of a rain water draining apparatus is provided to prevent contamination of a wall-side by draining water stagnated in a window frame by using a rain water pipe through a draining member and a connection pipeline and to allow nice appearance by burying the pipe line with concrete. CONSTITUTION: A construction method of a rain water draining apparatus comprises steps of: mounting a drainage member, in which a fluid path is formed, in a window frame so as to be connected to a drain hole(S1), connecting a connection pipeline to the drainage member(S2), burying the connection pipeline to a window frame support(S3), and connecting a rainwater pipe to the connection pipeline(S4).
