PURPOSE: A switchgear is provided to improve structural stability by installing a seismic isolation support with excellent vibration damping power at the lower part. CONSTITUTION: A pad plate (10) is placed on the bottom surface (1). A cover plate (20) is combined with the lower surface of a main body (200). A moving block (30) moves horizontally between the pad plate and cover plate. A lower guide rail (11) is comprised in the pad plate to guide the movement of the moving block. A top guide rail (21) is comprised in the cover plate to guide the movement of the moving block. A reconstruction spring (12) restores the moving block to the initial position.
