PURPOSE: A twine winding unit and a heat treatment device of a copper wire for manufacturing a wire using the same are provided to minutely twist processed copper wires together and wind the twisted copper wires around a bobbin. CONSTITUTION: A twine winding unit includes a winding part. The winding part comprises a base (10), guide rollers (20), relay members (30, 30A), a bobbin (40), a rotating unit (50), an alignment member (60), and an aligning unit. The guide roller is arranged on the front of the base to be rotated and has the same number of guide areas as the number of copper wires (W). The relay members initially twist the copper wires together. The bobbin is arranged on the front of the base to be rotated and has a winding area. The alignment member twists the initially twisted copper wires. The aligning unit linearly reciprocates the aligning member frontwards and backwards to wind the twisted copper wires around the winding area. |
