CONSTITUTION: An LED chip (120) is mounted on a substrate (110). A lens (150) is connected to the substrate to locate an incident light part (151) on the LED chip. The lens includes a lateral reflection layer (153) which is formed on a lateral side (152). A fluorescent layer (140) is located between the LED chip and the lens. A space (130) is formed between the fluorescent layer and the LED chip.
