PURPOSE: An apparatus for opening the flow cross-section of a gas pipe is provided to open or close the flow cross-section of the gas pipe for supplying gas to a combustion chamber and a back-up chamber of a gas engine before combustion residue or the gas moves backward into a gas supply pipe from the back-up chamber. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for opening the flow cross-section of a gas pipe comprises a check valve (1) and an elastic device (2). The elastic device absorbs force generated by the heat expansion of the check valve. The elastic device is formed of a disc spring device. |
