PURPOSE: A batch type mobile mixer truck for concrete mix is provided to reduce vehicle move time, costs and working hours by measuring, mixing and depositing subsidiary materials required for construction on the spot and increase work efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A batch type mobile mixer truck for concrete mix comprises: a vehicle (100); a sand hopper (200); a gravel hopper (300); an accumulation metric conveyor (C1); a cement hopper (400); a mixer (600); a cement meter; a cement transfer screw; a cement supply screw; a transfer conveyor (C2); a water tank (500); a water meter; a control panel; and a power generation platform. The accumulation metric conveyor is installed at the lower part of the sand hopper and gravel hopper and returns sand and gravel while measuring the sand and gravel with accumulation. The cement hopper is equipped with space with the gravel hopper and charged with cement. The mixer is equipped with space with the cement hopper and includes an evacuation chute (610). The cement meter is installed between the gravel hopper and cement hopper. The cement transfer screw returns the cement which is drawn from the cement hopper to the cement meter. The cement transfer screw returns the cement which is measured from the cement meter to the mixer. |
