PURPOSE: A system for testing academic achievement by online level and guiding the intensive learning of the weak point and a learning method using the same are provided to test the academic achievement of learner for all graders and to use the systematic test of multiple levels while advancing the intensive learning of subjects, fields, and difficulties in which the achievement is low, thereby achieving efficiently studies online. CONSTITUTION: A learning test result database (110) of an operator system (100) stores the learning test result of content which the leaner learned through learner computers (200). A comparative criteria database (120) of the operator system stores information to be compared with the information of the learning test result database. A question database (130) of the operator system stores questions to be provided to the learner through the learner computers. An analysis program of the operator system compares and analyzes the information of the learner stored in the learning test result database and the information of the learner stored in the comparative criteria database.
