PURPOSE: A packing assembly for electric pressure rice cookers is provided to improve cooking efficiency by improving sealing efficiency with an inner pot as a plurality of protrusions extended along the curved surface of the inner pot is formed at the contact end of a packing installed to seal the electric pressure rice cooker. CONSTITUTION: A packing assembly for electric pressure rice cookers is mounted on a top plate mounted inside of a lid unit of the electric pressure rice cooker and a packing (20) is supplied to seal a part on the upper end inside an inner pot. The packing includes mounting platforms (24,25), a contact end (23), and a plurality of adhering protrusions (21,22). The mounting platforms are mounted on a mounting groove of the top plate. The contact end is extended from the mounting platform to the lower side as the predetermined length. A plurality of adhering protrusions is extended between the mounting platform and the contact end and is attached to the upper end inside the inner pot. |
