CONSTITUTION: A main distribution I/O processing unit (400) controls signal processing and signal distribution for a bridge navigational watch alarm. A main unit (500) selectively performs a call by room for the bridge navigational watch alarm and control for performing data backup, emergency signal processing in a specific event, and active reset operations. A data backup processing unit (200) makes a backup of data in the process for the bridge navigational watch alarm by the control of the main unit.
