PURPOSE: A kneader device for pigment dispersion is provided to enable the device to control the temperature well by cooling or heating a stirring rotary and chamber by supplying warm or cold water to the stirring rotary and chamber directly in contact with kneading materials. CONSTITUTION: A kneader device for pigment dispersion comprises the following: a main body; a chamber (20) formed with an inserting hole inserting kneading materials through the top, which is installed to rotate around a rotating axis(25) on the main body; multiple stirring rotary(31,32) kneading the inserted materials inside of the chamber as installed to rotate in the inside of the chamber; a driving part rotating the stirring rotary in different direction as connected with the axis of the stirring rotary; a chamber tilting part rotating the chamber through the rotating axis; a chamber cap opening and closing the inserting hole of the chamber as installed to vertically move on the top of the main body, a chamber cap elevator transferring the chamber cap vertically as installed on the top of the main body, multiple water supply flow paths(82) installed to penetrate individually to the inside of the stirring rotary and chamber, and a water supply part controlling the temperature of stirring rotary and chamber by supplying warm water or cold water selectively to each water supply flow path. |
